Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products at Little Lou Customs being personalised, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. If you would like to cancel your order before it has started to be made, please email us within 12 hours at info@littleloucustoms.com.au. Unfortunately if we have already started making your products we cannot cancel the order.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the item and a description of the issue and we will discuss organising a return. If you would like to see your personalised item before it is shipped to confirm that it is exactly what you want, please contact me on facebook, instagram or by email and I will make sure you receive photos of the item/s before it is sent.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@littleloucustoms.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Cranbourne North, Victoria.

If your return is accepted, you will need to send the item back to us as soon as possible, I will provide you with the return shipping address once accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure you inspect your item and contact me if there is an issue as soon as you receive it, we can only accept claims within 2 days of the item/s being picked up / delivered. Any issues that arise after 2 days of being picked up/delivered will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
