Shipping policy

Turn around time:

Please note all of our products have a different turn around time. Refer to the individual product listings for details on each product.

All products in your order will be shipped together, unless requested otherwise. This means the product ordered with the longest turn around time will decipher how long it will take to ship your entire order.

Pick up:

I do offer pick up of orders from my home, located in Cranbourne North VIC. Please contact me to arrange a pick up time once you are notified that your order is ready. Contactless pick up is available.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped from south eastern suburbs Melbourne, via Australia post. Australia post's shipping times are as follows ;

Standard : 3-7 working days

Express : 1-3 working days

If there are any issues that arise due related to shipping please contact us. Please note however we have no control over shipping once your order is no longer in our hands.
